An important distinction we'll talk in-depth about in the workshop is the difference between a "product" and an "offer." A "product" in the context we'll talk about in the workshop is the actual deliverable to the customer or client.
That can be a physical or digital product, an in-person or online training program, a live or pre-recorded online course, a consulting service, a personal service like a massage or virtual assistant tasks, etc.
The "offer" is which "products" we include in the terms of purchase, at what price point(s), over what time frame, and inside of what terms.
In the CAMPAIGN FUNDAMENTALS "Sandbox Offer," the "products" included in the offer are: 1) Access to the actual content in the learning management system (Kajabi), 2) Access to the private Facebook group, 3) Access to the one-time live workshop.
During the live training, we'll cover and distinguish between the following 5 areas:

- Detailed walk-through, with real-time Q&A, of the methodology behind how we create and design every aspect of our programs / products / services, such as Master Classes, Challenges, Online Courses, Memberships, 1:1 Consulting Engagements, etc. We discuss the onboarding process, and how / why we choose one format or the other in the program / product / service design and delivery

- Detailed walk-through and explanation of how we choose the pricing, discounts (if any), bonuses, timing, deadlines, etc, along with an explanation of our "Sandbox Offer" structure that we use on any 1st launch of an offer

- Detailed walk-through and explanation of how and why we choose and subsequently plan and document the sequence, timing, and copy of the subject lines and main body of all emails crafted to sell a program, consistent with how we market and sell all of our offers

SANDBOX OFFER:
What is the "Sandbox?" The Sandbox is how we lovingly refer to the first launch of any of our new programs. For those who participate, we offer DEEP discounts that we NEVER offer again, and unofficially, we also offer lots of direct, 1:1 attention / coaching for some initial time period, to participants in any #SandboxCohort.
The tradeoff is there will absolutely be imperfection with small things. A word misspelled, maybe a section out of place, a document missing, some Lorem Ipsum placeholder text somewhere, etc.
The first program run is where we find and fix all of those small things, with help from our participants. We literally practice what we teach in our programs, and we construct the plane while in flight on any first program launch.
That's where the name "Sandbox offer" comes from. We're kind of playing in the sandbox together, and for the grace and patience we get from participants, what they get back from us is a level of attention and personalized coaching that is generally reserved for our 1:1 consulting clients at $8500/mo and up.
